Segun Akintemi is currently the CEO of Page Financials. He has over 30 years experience in the banking/Financial services industry of which 15 were spent in Senior Management and Executive positions.
He has exemplary leadership and business process/transformation skills employed in his past roles with responsibilities for shared services at Skye Bank plc with over 250 branches across Nigeria. He was also at various times responsible for the banks businesses across West Africa and particularly positioning the bank as one of the most technologically advanced financial institution in the country. He was a Director on the board of Law Union & Rock and is presently a member of the board of IHS Towers, the largest tower company in Nigeria.
As part of the founding team at Renmoney Microfinance Bank, he provided strategic leadership and direction at startup which led to its evolution as one of the leading consumer finance institutions in the country.
He holds a first degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Prestigious Lagos Business School. He is an Alumnus of INSEAD Business School in France, Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and has attended several senior management courses. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB).
‘Deremi Ogunsipe is currently an Executive Director/Co-Founder of Page Financials from inception in 2013. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA from INSEAD, and is an Alumnus of IMD. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He brings to play at Page his experience as a seasoned Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience spanning Advisory, Financial Control, Strategy and Business Transformation, Investor Relations, M&A’s, Business Integration, and Strategic Management.
Prior to his current role, ‘Deremi was at different times, Head of Strategy, Head of Regional Expansion, and Head of Performance Management at Skye Bank Plc (Polaris Bank), and was part of the maiden Executive Management Team of RenMoney Nigeria.
Toyin Akinde is currently a director with Page Asset Management Ltd. Prior to joining Page Asset Ltd, Toyin was the VP/Head of Sales and Business Development Manager of FCMB Asset Management for almost five years. There she was responsible for both Ultra High Net Worth Individual and High Net Worth Individual relationships. Toyin ensured clients’ investment portfolios were optimally structured, she sourced new business and developed strategies and new products to deepen relationships with clients. Also, she worked closely with product specialists across the FCMB Group to cross sell products and services.
Prior to FCMB, Toyin worked in Business Development at ARM and also at different periods in the Financial Control, Risk Management and Business Process Re-engineering Units.
Toyin worked as a Business Analyst at Shell Canada and Ernst & Young Canada. She is a Certified Wealth Manager. She is also working on her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification.
Toyin has a B.A. Economics from Baylor University, Waco TX, USA and an M.A Financial Economics from State University of New York in Albany, NY, USA.
Abiola Adekoya (FCS) has over 23 years of leading industry expertise across domestic and international markets.
She has various years of executive management experience, coupled with knowledge that span across Investor Management, Business Restructuring, Investment Banking, Business Operations and Equities Trading, Abiola brings a proven ability to build valuable alliances.
Sitting on prominent board committees, she possesses leadership experience from overseeing numerous growth & expansion projects. With deep roots in finance and investment, Abiola possesses deep knowledge of the Nigerian Capital Markets and is skilled at managing key stakeholders and strategic relationships across .
Abiola holds a B.Sc. (Economics) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos Business School (Pan African University. She is a fellow at the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, a member of Nigerian Stock Exchange Committee on Securities Lending and Market Making.
Abiola Adekoya was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director in March 2023.
Kolade Ojo-Osagie has over twenty-five years banking experience spanning Commercial and Corporate Banking, Treasury Management and Corporate Strategy.
He played a pivotal role as the Group Head, Corporate planning, and Strategy during the transformation of Skye Bank to Polaris Bank.
Kolade is a strategic leader and an innovator with a keen eye for results, advanced managerial and leadership skills.
Kolade holds a B.Sc. (Economics) from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Enugu State University of Nigeria Business School. He is an alumnus of INSEAD, France and a Senior Honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has undergone several professional management and leadership development training in world class institutions including Harvard Business School, Lagos Business school and Euromoney, London.
